Client Ownership
All Mentorship Courses are “At-Will” meaning any details you wish to share are never expected but always protected. All Courses are set up to be bite-sized & digestible featuring all the tools you need, therefor dedication & completion of Course Content is the Client’s sole responsibility.
Jackie is not a Licenced Therapist by the State, therefore, no relaying of any traumatic details is required for any of the courses offered. You could share nothing out loud & still get a lot of progress out of the Course content between you & God. Jackie takes her Clinical Training & Calling very seriously & maintains Client Confidentiality with the rare exception of expressing harm to ones self or others. In those rare instances, Jackie has the responsibility to speak with outside guidance of a Trained Professional for the purpose of giving you the best Support while keeping your identity anonymous.
If you are in a life-threatening emergency, please call 911 or the Human Trafficking Hotline, or any of the 24/7 places on the Free Resources page.
As her client, Jackie will never leave you mid-course. However, she reserves the right before or after to suggest an alternative Mentor if she feels that she cannot be the best fit for what your most pressing needs are. Substance Abuse, Parent Wounds, & Relationship Coaching are not covered in Jackie’s Courses.
All Course Sessions of the same variety are renewable at a discounted rate after completing your first Course on a month-to-month basis as you desire to keep working with Jackie! Private Zoom Sessions + Private Chats are ONLY available during the Business Hours posted: Mon, Tues, Fri 10am-8pm.
Schedule Policy
Missed Zoom Sessions may be made up within the same week. If you know you are unable to make a Session, please Reschedule here within 24-hours. After the Course Duration, any missed Zoom Sessions that were not Rescheduled on an alternative day in the week are forfeited. All Course Content is still available for lifetime access.
Medical Emergencies & Pre-Planned Vacations are the only exemptions granted to this policy!! If you have either of these situations, please notify Jackie during Session 1 and we will Reschedule your missed Session at the end of your Course free of charge!
Payment Policy
Because RQR offers 3 options for Rescheduling (Mon, Weds, Fri) any Sessions that are not made up within that same week are a no-show for the week and non-refundable (with the exception of Medical Emergencies & Pre-Planned Vacations)
However, you will receive a Coupon Code redeemable for 1 Free Session when you purchase additional Monthly Mentorship for the same Course. Coupons have no monetary value.
All Payments, Commitments, & Coupon Codes are non-refundable. All content inside the Course is yours to keep for life (©RQR)
